as promised a few pics …..great weekend, I caught up with some friends …. great to see Sabine who is the next president of the German Quilters Guild… she and her husband were very helpful to us (ARTQUILTFUSION) when we had an exhibition in Berlin last year.
These pics are from the Exploring Simple Print workshop, students created several different printing blocks from a chosen image as a starting point and then investigated repetition and combining of the different blocks. For those that are doing my workshops in the summer at the Festival of Quilts, these will give a flavour of what we will be doing, including the use of a pasta machine!
